  • What should I bring to my swim lesson?
Swimwear: Please arrive in your preferred swimwear, such as a swimsuit or swim trunks. Wearing appropriate swimwear ensures comfort and ease of movement during your lesson. Towel: Bring a towel to dry off after your lesson. We recommend bringing an extra towel in case you need one for changing or additional drying. Goggles: If you prefer to swim with goggles, we recommend bringing a pair that fits you well. Goggles can enhance your comfort and visibility in the water, making it easier to focus on your swim techniques. Swim Cap (Optional): While not mandatory, if you prefer to wear a swim cap during your lesson, feel free to bring one that fits securely and comfortably. Sunscreen: If your lesson takes place outdoors or in an environment with sun exposure, we highly recommend applying sunscreen before arriving. Protecting your skin from the sun's harmful rays is essential for your safety and well-being. Water Bottle: Staying hydrated during your lesson is important. Bringing a water bottle allows you to have easy access to fluids and helps you maintain optimal hydration throughout your swim session. Extra Clothing: It's a good idea to bring a change of clothes for after your lesson. This ensures you can transition comfortably to your next activity or leave the pool area feeling refreshed. Personal Items: You may also bring any personal items you require, such as a comb, hair ties, or any specific swimming aids or equipment you use during your lessons (e.g., kickboard, fins). However, Swim Elite Aquatics will provide necessary equipment for instruction and practice. Remember, it's always best to arrive prepared for your private lesson with Swim Elite Aquatics.
