At Swim Elite Aquatics, we understand that unexpected circumstances may arise, leading to a need to reschedule or miss a scheduled day for your swim lessons. Here's what you need to know:
Advance Notice: We kindly request that you provide us with as much advance notice as possible if you are unable to attend one of your scheduled days. This helps us in managing our instructors' schedules and potentially accommodating any necessary changes.
Make-Up Lessons: Depending on our availability and the nature of your situation, we may be able to offer a make-up lesson for the missed day. Make-up lessons are subject to instructor availability and can be arranged on a case-by-case basis. Please contact our customer service team as soon as you are aware of the scheduling conflict, so we can explore the options available.
Missed Lesson Policy: While we strive to accommodate make-up lessons when possible, please note that missed lessons are not guaranteed to be rescheduled. Availability and scheduling constraints may limit our ability to offer make-up lessons for missed days. Our regular lesson fees apply, even if a make-up lesson cannot be arranged.
Continuity of Learning: We encourage consistent attendance to maximize your progress and learning experience. Each lesson builds upon the previous one, promoting a progressive learning curve. While we understand that unavoidable circumstances may occasionally arise, attending as many scheduled lessons as possible ensures the best opportunity for skill development and improvement.
Communication is Key: Open and timely communication is essential. If you anticipate being unable to attend a scheduled lesson, please notify our customer service team as soon as possible. This allows us to work with you to find the most suitable solution and make any necessary adjustments.
Our customer service team is available to discuss your specific situation and provide further guidance regarding missed lessons. Please reach out to us at 305-409-4447 and we will be happy to assist you.
At Swim Elite Aquatics, we strive to accommodate our students' needs while maintaining a consistent and effective learning environment. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in managing scheduling conflicts or missed days for your swim lessons.
Swimwear: Please arrive in your preferred swimwear, such as a swimsuit or swim trunks. Wearing appropriate swimwear ensures comfort and ease of movement during your lesson.
Towel: Bring a towel to dry off after your lesson. We recommend bringing an extra towel in case you need one for changing or additional drying.
Goggles: If you prefer to swim with goggles, we recommend bringing a pair that fits you well. Goggles can enhance your comfort and visibility in the water, making it easier to focus on your swim techniques.
Swim Cap (Optional): While not mandatory, if you prefer to wear a swim cap during your lesson, feel free to bring one that fits securely and comfortably.
Sunscreen: If your lesson takes place outdoors or in an environment with sun exposure, we highly recommend applying sunscreen before arriving. Protecting your skin from the sun's harmful rays is essential for your safety and well-being.
Water Bottle: Staying hydrated during your lesson is important. Bringing a water bottle allows you to have easy access to fluids and helps you maintain optimal hydration throughout your swim session.
Extra Clothing: It's a good idea to bring a change of clothes for after your lesson. This ensures you can transition comfortably to your next activity or leave the pool area feeling refreshed.
Personal Items: You may also bring any personal items you require, such as a comb, hair ties, or any specific swimming aids or equipment you use during your lessons (e.g., kickboard, fins). However, Swim Elite Aquatics will provide necessary equipment for instruction and practice.
Remember, it's always best to arrive prepared for your private lesson with Swim Elite Aquatics. If you have any specific questions about what to bring or any other concerns, please feel free to reach out to our customer service team at 305-209-4447. We're here to ensure you have a successful and enjoyable swim lesson experience.
