At Swim Elite Aquatics, we strive to provide exceptional services and ensure customer satisfaction. This refund policy outlines the guidelines for cancellations and refunds related to swim lessons and lifeguard training. Please review this policy carefully before booking any of our services.

 

Swim Lessons

1.1 Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellations for swim lessons must be made at least 48 hours in advance of the scheduled lesson. If a cancellation is made within this timeframe, Swim Elite Aquatics will provide a full refund of the lesson fee.

 

1.2 No refunds after the first class

Once the first swim lesson has taken place, no refunds will be given for any subsequent lessons. This policy ensures fairness in reserving instructor time and pool resources.

 

Lifeguard Training

2.1 Prerequisites and Refunds

Prior to participating in a lifeguard course, students are required to meet the specified prerequisites as outlined by Swim Elite Aquatics. If a student is unable to demonstrate the required skills within the first hour of the course, a refund will be granted.

 

2.2 Retesting and Course Retake

In the event that a student does not meet the prerequisites, Swim Elite Aquatics offers the option to re-test or retake the course when available. This allows the student an opportunity to acquire the necessary skills and knowledge to successfully complete the course.

 

2.3 Special Circumstances

Swim Elite Aquatics understands that unforeseen emergencies or exceptional circumstances may arise. In such cases, students who are unable to attend the lifeguard course due to a valid emergency may be considered for special arrangements. Please contact Swim Elite Aquatics directly to discuss your situation and explore possible solutions.

 

Note: Swim Elite Aquatics reserves the right to modify this refund policy at its discretion. Any changes to this policy will be communicated through official channels and will become effective as of the stated revision date.
